Returns & Exchanges

We truly hope you love your Kohsh purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You can request a return or exchange within 72 hours of delivery by writing to us at hello@kohsh.in. Once we receive your email, our customer service team will reply within 24 hours to guide you through the process and schedule a pickup.

When your product reaches our warehouse, it goes through a quality check (QC). If everything looks good, we’ll quickly ship out your exchange item or process your refund as per our refund policy. Please note that products which are worn, used, stained, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for return or exchange. To protect authenticity, all our garments come with a removable seal tag—if this tag is broken or missing, the product will not qualify for return or exchange. Packages that don’t fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned back to the customer. This process can take up to 7-10 days.

Please note exchanges/ returns are limited to once per order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are completely free of charge. We provide a choice of size or style exchange, provided the new size or article is in stock. You can choose any item of equal or higher value—if it’s higher, you’ll just need to pay the difference. We’ll dispatch your new product once we receive the original item back and it passes QC.

Returns

If you prefer a return instead, no problem! We offer store credit (a unique coupon code valid for 6 months), so you can come back to shop something else you’ll love.

The Store credit amount is calculated by reducing the reverse pickup charge of ₹150 from the original amount paid by you. The shipping charges are non refundable.

All refunds are processed only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and clears a quality check (QC).


When Returns or Exchange is not Available

Please note that certain items are not eligible for exchange or return. These include products that have already been exchanged once, and/ oritems purchased during special events, sales, or as giveaways. In addition, if the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will not be able to process the exchange. We encourage you to check the sizes in your order carefully before completing your purchase, and our team is always here to help with any questions before you buy.

If the original product received back at the warehouse does not pass QC. If your request is rejected before pickup or at the QC stage, you can seek clarification by sending us an email at hello@kohsh.in and we will be happy to help.

Returns and Exchanges are not available for International Orders.

Damaged or Wrong Delivery
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at hello@kohsh.in within 24 hours of delivery, along with 2–3 clear photos of the item. If the issue is genuine, we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would be happy to resolve it for you.
