COVID-19 Update: In light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we are committed to ensuring the safety of our customers and employees. Therefore, we are currently offering exclusively no-contact delivery services to contribute to the efforts in flattening the curve and preventing our healthcare system from becoming overwhelmed. Please note that this may result in some delays in the delivery of your orders.

Shipping Costs:

  • For all orders within India, shipping is entirely free.
  • For international orders from outside India:
    • Orders under INR 40,000 (approximately USD 540) will incur a shipping charge of INR 3500 per kg (approximately USD 42).
    • Orders exceeding INR 40,000 are eligible for free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders.
  • Typically, domestic orders take about 7-12 days from the date of shipping to reach you, while international orders may take 12-15 days.
  • If you have multiple items in your order, please be aware that they may arrive in separate shipments.
  • Please note that delivery times are approximate, and unforeseen delays beyond our control may occur. We will keep you informed of any such delays.

Delayed Order Dispatch: If your order has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please contact us at (+91) 6378 296 723  or email us at, and our team will work diligently to resolve the issue.

Order Tracking:

  • For orders within India, you will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • You can track your package's status 24 hours after it leaves our warehouse.

Prepaid Express Shipping:

  • Prepaid express shipping orders typically take up to 3 business days.
  • Our customer service is available for assistance between 12 PM and 6 PM.

International Customs & Duties:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs and duties associated with their orders. We cannot estimate or control these charges.
  • Please be aware that we cannot determine in advance whether customs duties will apply to your specific order.

Self-Collection at Kohsh:

  • If you prefer self-collection, please email us at with your order number upon order confirmation.
  • Orders must be collected within 2 working days of receiving the confirmation email.
  • Self-collection is available one day after the order is placed.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
  • Customers agree to abide by Kohsh's decision regarding cancellations.

Cancellation by Kohsh:

  • Kohsh reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including limitations on product quantities, pricing errors, or fraud prevention.
  • If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your card.
  • Customers agree not to dispute Kohsh's decision on cancellations.

Courier and Delivery:

  • Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days, excluding payment verification and administrative processes.
  • Orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment verification, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Delivery is trackable and insured.
  • A signature is required at the delivery address, and up to 2 redelivery attempts will be made if no one is available to receive the package.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a message with the courier company's name and tracking number. It's your responsibility to follow up with the courier for delivery status.
